MISSING COPIES
Well, we are willing to undertake full responsibility for replacing missing issues. Copies of letters (e-mails) written to publishers will be endorsed to you so that you are informed of the developments. This is part of the commitment applicable to all our clients irrespective of the order value. But timely reminders are very important.
